LHCC is seeking an energetic, experienced, and certified school teacher to join our summer camp team as an Educator who brings learning to life. This three‑week part-time camp experience is ideal for a passionate classroom professional who enjoys mentoring high school interns while helping them design and lead fun, meaningful learning experiences for elementary students.
Camp activities may include verbal mastery games (debates, storytelling challenges, spoken‑word expression), trivia‑style competitions that build curiosity and teamwork, emotional intelligence and leadership labs, problem‑solving quests, collaborative design challenges, confidence‑building role‑play, creative communication games, and movement‑based learning that blends thinking and play.
We are looking for an educator with prior teaching experience, strong classroom management skills, and a deep understanding of child development who can model engaging instruction, coach interns, and foster a joyful, inclusive learning environment.
