🎽🏋️🏃🏼♂️Meet the Coaches and Captains 🎽🏋️🏃🏼♂️
Let us introduce ourselves (maybe again) but these are the amazing humans in charge of practices and helping the team grow and thrive.
⛈️Storm Lover (they/she/he)
Chief Chairperson / Coach
After coaching Hannah to a successful 3 miles, Storm realized the thing they missed most about running was the camaraderie you get in a team environment. This inspired the idea for Hare Bandits – a team for misfit runners. Their coaching has led each of their runners to individual triumphs. Whether that be chasing a certain distance, racing to a PR, or just keeping up with their health and avoiding injuries, Storm’s passion and knowledge has produced remarkable results among their team members.
🍌Hannah Baxter (she/her)
Vice Chairperson / Assistant Coach
During the pandemic Hannah decided to take back control of her health and began by running every day with Storm – 1 lap around a track until she could eventually run 3 miles. In 2022 she co-founded Hare Bandits and those three miles quickly transformed into her first half marathon! Her love and dedication to the sport inspires so many people. She cheers on every single runner’s wins no matter how big or small they may seem. Her undying support for her team is what assists each of them to find love in running.
🐱Kaylen Hagadorn (she/her)
Captain
Kaylen is a beam of sunshine on a rainy day. Her dedication to running and her team made her a perfect fit as a Hare Bandits Captain. Her professional background in mental health, organizational skills, & can-do attitude (with a certain sarcastic “wise guy” tone that we love) has proven not only essential to our team but cherished. We are lucky to have her! She runs on black coffee, matching merch, and the need to know what you’ll be ordering at breakfast.
🐆Cam (He/Him)
Captain
Cameron is a lifelong runner who loves the grind and the community. Watching newcomers fall in love with the sport has become a joy for him. He values consistency, effort, and showing up for one another, and he’s always happy to offer encouragement or a few extra miles. For Cameron, running is as much about people as it is about pace.
