I.A.T.S.E. Local 322 IATSE Local 322 has been working in Charlotte for 100 years. Our work can be seen in nearly every professional performing arts and special event space.

This is the public page for International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local 322 of Charlotte, NC. We are a craft union providing theatrical technicians to a number of area venues and a strong support group for our members and referrals.

Join your friends, family, and neighbors for Charlotte’s International Workers’ Day march on Friday, May 1st, 2026.

We will be marching on Central Avenue, the “heart” of East Charlotte, passing through several immigrant communities, areas of gentrification, and small businesses owned and operated by our neighbors.

The event will start at 5:00 pm, and the march will begin at 5:30 pm. The march will begin and end at 4938 Central Ave.

At the end of the march, please stay to enjoy food from local restaurants, the music of our diverse community, be in solidarity with our neighbors, and learn about organizations that are creating change in our communities.
