Levon, Zada, Elliot and Noah all competed in there first tournament ever. We gained a lot of experience and had a blast. We look forward to helping these kids into great young men and women . Levon took home 3rd place! Thank you to the parents for trusting us with your kids!

Our regular Strength and Conditioning Practice will be back in action on Tuesday @ 6. If you want to work on something go for a 45 minute run. Distance or speed is not as important as the fact that you worked for 45 minutes!
