It turns out more people needed Dream On Youth and our brand of candid than she ever thought possible. DOY is about putting the power back in your hands and creating a stronger community. One that will continuously teach, love, and inspire you.

Welcome to Dream On Youth, an organization on a mission to move the mental health conversation from hype status to the norm in our own homes. DOY was a light born out of one young woman’s darkness and soon became a vehicle for great change in our community. On March 27th, 2012, with no background in running a business, founder Cydney Irby jumped right in with an anonymous Twitter profile hoping to find those fighting for their lives and help begin their healing process.
