Access alone doesn’t change the outcome.

Technology only creates opportunity when it can be used with purpose. That means supporting community members in using digital tools in ways that align with real goals, everyday needs, and long-term progress.

That’s how access becomes meaningful digital opportunity.

Confidence is one of the clearest indicators of progress.

Through ConnectTech Cohort 1, the percentage of learners who felt confident using the internet and digital devices grew from 19% to 80%. This shift reflects more than skill-building. It represents increased independence, readiness, and the ability to navigate opportunities in a digital world.

This kind of progress happens when trusted partners create space for learning, practice, and growth.
