Montford Park

Montford Park Montford Park is the Charlotte NC neighborhood located along Park Road from Selwyn Avenue to Reece Road behind Park Road Shopping Center.

The Montford Park neighborhood encompasses one-third of a square mile and has become an employment and retail destination with more than 3,200 employees and 80 retail businesses, and more than 50,000 cars driving through it daily. It is currently home to 620 residents and is about to welcome even more. The City of Charlotte has approved more than 1,538 multifamily units, 300 hotel rooms, and 50,000 square feet of retail within one mile of the neighborhood. Montford Park Partners, a 501(c)6 non profit organization, was formed in 2016 with the mission to enhance the livability, viability, and visibility of the Montford Park neighborhood.

What a fantastic evening at our Q3 Business Gathering at Brazwell’s! 🎉

A special thank you to Dr. Tom Hanchett for sharing his incredible knowledge of Charlotte’s history and engaging everyone with stories that make our city so unique. Dr. Hanchett is currently selling two of his books on Charlotte’s history, and we’ll be sharing a link in our bio for anyone interested in learning more. 📚
