Montford Park

Montford Park is the Charlotte NC neighborhood located along Park Road from Selwyn Avenue to Reece Road behind Park Road Shopping Center.

The Montford Park neighborhood encompasses one-third of a square mile and has become an employment and retail destination with more than 3,200 employees and 80 retail businesses, and more than 50,000 cars driving through it daily. It is currently home to 620 residents and is about to welcome even more. The City of Charlotte has approved more than 1,538 multifamily units, 300 hotel rooms, and 50,00

0 square feet of retail within one mile of the neighborhood. Montford Park Partners, a 501(c)6 non profit organization, was formed in 2016 with the mission to enhance the livability, viability, and visibility of the Montford Park neighborhood.

✨ Meet the Board ✨ This is Calvin Saunders, Board Member and Event Coordinator! Calvin is the Clinic Director and part-owner of Brittian Chiropractic Charlotte, located right in the heart of Montford Park. After moving from Winston-Salem, he opened his practice in 2023 and has been all in on the community ever since.

Calvin joined the board in 2025 with a focus on planning and executing events that bring people together and strengthen the Montford Park community. You may already recognize his work – he coordinated this year’s Cupid Is Stupid Bar Crawl and is leading the charge for our Bowling Tournament coming up this June! 🎳

His favorite Montford spots? You’ll often find him at Montford Billiards where he’s captained a billiards team for the past two years, or hanging out at Moosehead Grill connecting with the local community!
