There is a growing concern regarding community members riding bicycles and e-bikes on the turf, which is causing damage to the landscaping.

Landscaping is one of the community’s largest expenses. Damage to the turf results in additional repair costs that ultimately impact the community.

Please speak with the children in your household who may be involved and remind them that riding bikes or e-bikes on the turf is not permitted. The damage shown is located at the entrance to the pool parking lot.

Thank you for helping us protect and maintain our community.

The HOA was made aware that someone hit one of the city owned boulevard trees at the front of the community. We hope everyone is okay and no injuries have occurred.

The city has been made aware and they will be out to remove the tree and make sure the sidewalk is clear to pass. Please allow some time today for them to address this issue.

Please use caution at ALL of the entrances and exits in Riverbend over the next few days. We have a lighting project that is underway and there will be workers at the Rozzelles Ferry Rd / Winding River DR, Hart RD / Houle Ln, and Harwood Ln / Ennisworth Ln. If you would be so kind to drive slowly in these areas and watch for the workers. Make it a great day!

Even legal fireworks like sparklers can ignite dry grass, officials say, as they encourage families to leave fireworks to the professionals.

Metrolina Landscape will begin spreading pine needles in our common areas and around the street trees today. Please be aware as you drive through the neighborhood.

If your tree stave is bare or has needles in it now, they will be replaced with new needles. If there is anything else (mulch, stone, or other landscape material) they will leave that in place.

There are three sleds that have been left on the hill for a week now. Please come get them. If they are not removed by Wednesday at 5:00 pm they will go in the trash. Thank you
