The Greater Charlotte Nepalese Association (GCNA) is a non-profit organization of the Nepalese community living in Charlotte and its surroundings established in 2009. The association is dedicated to establish the networking between the Nepalese community and organize different socio-cultural activities through out the year. GCNA is open for all individual and welcomes your contribution and help for the welfare of the community and members.

The day was incredible.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, and supported our 5K Run Event. Because of your energy, enthusiasm, and community spirit, the event was a tremendous success!

Seeing so many people come together for fitness, fun, and fellowship made this event truly special. From the runners crossing the finish line to the amazing volunteers working behind the scenes — every single one of you helped make this day unforgettable.

We are grateful for your support and can’t wait to do it again next year!

The Greater Charlotte Nepalese Association (GCNA) proudly invites everyone to join our 5K Run, Walk, and Fun Event on Sunday May 17, 2026, at Frank Liske Park, Concord, NC!

Thank you everyone for joining the GCNA New Year 2083 Cultural Event!

A heartfelt thank you to all the participants, Performers, sponsors, team members, management, advisory board, GCNA youth committee, volunteers, Nepali Pathsala teachers, and choreographers whose dedication and hard work made this event a grand success. Your collective effort brought joy, culture, and unity to our community.

Big thanks to Mr Prashant Adhikari for arranging the venue and supporting GCNA to make the event successful.

Special thanks to Bhaskar Ji for beautifully capturing these wonderful moments through his lens.

Huge thanks to Mr. Bikram Shrestha and his team for incredible sound system support throughout the event.
