Our “Why” was inspired by the intersection of our Founder’s personal & professional experiences. April 9th marks Kristi’s 7th Re-Birthday or Stem Cell Transplant Day to cure her leukemia. A day when a complete stranger donated a 2nd chance at life. So every year it’s a 🎉.

April also marks 4 years since we announced our mission and started raising funds to purchase food to assist those braving cancer treatments.

Demand is high and we have a goal to add 15 new Helpful Harvest Farm Box recipients to our program equaling $4000. All funds help us support local farmers and provide nourishing fresh food to cancer patients in need.

🚨BREAKING: Because of generous donations & support from , our Helpful Harvest Farm Box Program grew in 2025. Basically, the difference in our 2025 & historical numbers was the 2024 program launch.

2026 is kicking off with similar & growing demands so we could use YOUR help to meet the cancer community’s need. Donations allow us to purchase local farm products & get it delivered to those struggling to meet basic needs due to a diagnosis wreaking havoc on the household. Our referrals have doubled over the last couple of months! At this pace we could use your help to support us getting fresh, nutrient dense, local food to those braving cancer treatments.

$50 delivers supplemental food to a household navigating the toll of a cancer diagnosis. Due to grueling treatment, many of our recipients lose their ability to work then can’t afford household necessities. Relieving some of this worry and getting proper food on the table can improve outcomes.
