If you'd like to attend the in person meeting on Tuesday - Nov 3rd - you MUST REGISTER TODAY. If we don't have 15 members registered by close of business, the meeting will be Zoom only.

Tuesday, November 3rd will be a hybrid meeting. If you want to attend in-person, you MUST REGISTER. You cannot just show up. Registration will close this FRIDAY (tomorrow)!

To Register to attend in person:
Log in to Connectable.biz either through the app, or on a web browser.
Click Events Calendar and find Nov 3rd "EAC Meeting In Person"
Click the green block to register.
Click "Buy tickets now" The next screen will ask you for the number of members and guests. There's a spot for a promo code -- we don't have one.
Click "Submit" and the next screen will ask for credit card info and billing address. This is done securely using Stripe. There is a $10 charge for each person who attends in person (as dues have stayed reduced).
Click "Submit" again and you should receive an email confirmation once finished.

It's important to note that these in-person meetings will comply with the Governors orders as well as CDC requirements. No more than 20 members will be allowed to attend. This leaves room for guests, Crowne Plaza servers etc - so that we don't exceed 25. Masks will be required, four people per table, one attendant serving coffee and water, boxed meal/no buffet, no passing of the mic, hand sanitizer will be readily available as well. We ask that EAC members maintain social distancing at all times during meetings.

After 20 people have registered, the system will close. If you didn't get a seat, please let me know and I will start a waiting list. If you have any questions or trouble registering for the meeting, let me know.
