Queen City Adaptive Recreation is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing adaptive sports opportunities to individuals with physical disabilities in the greater Charlotte area. Our current focus is on establishing an ongoing adaptive hockey program. QCAR has an adult sled hockey team, QC Sled Hockey, and is working to build a youth sled hockey program. QCAR believes that adaptive sports can be fun, transformational, and restorative.
