Helping Kids Makes Our Hearts Race A 501(c)3 charity who's volunteers provides once in a lifetime experience to children with Muscular Dystrophy.

Founded in 2009, by Founder, Bill Montgomery (a.k.a. Couchman) and President, Charlie Floege, this nonprofit all volunteer organization assists children and families, throughout North Carolina, who are affected by Muscular Dystrophy. Through generous donations, volunteers and sponsors to Helping Kids Makes Our Hearts Race strives to make VIP Sports Related dreams come true for children and familie

s who are affected by all forms of Muscular Dystrophy. Children and families are selected through an ongoing relationship with various chapters of the MDA with all funding for these experiences provided through donations straight from our fans and supporters. Helping Kids Makes Our Hearts Race take children with disabilities to sporting events. Charlie’s wife Janet is going to continue on with HKMOHR in Charlie’s memory.
This year's major events are going to be:
ZMax Dragway for the NGK Spark Plug NHRA 4-wide Nationals, on April 28th.
Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Coca Cola 600, May 25th & 26th.
Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Bank of America Roval 400, Sept 28th and 29th.
ZMax Dragway for the NHRA Carolina Nationals on Sept 29th.

Thank you to all that attended Charlie's Memorial Service at Zmax last night. A special thank you to Lindsay for making the arrangements for the service.
