Changes to diagnosis codes mean NCD coding changes. Diagnosis codes changes went into effect Oct. 1, as usual, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Diagnosis codes changes went into effect Oct. 1, as usual, and CMS is updating National Coverage Determinations (NCDs) to reflect those changes.
