We are looking forward to everyone coming to camp tonight, please hydrate and place your athlete in light colored clothing, very essential with the weather right now. This is a challenge to all the Jaguar Family to show up and show out. We are really working hard and the young men and women that are out there are gaining invaluable knowledge as well as family relationships. 1st challenge, please bring a new face with you and support the program by helping to create the foundation. We cannot grow without believing in the program ourselves. It takes a poor frog to not praise its own pond. 2nd Challenge, share the program on your own page, with your co-workers, church members, employees and tell everyone why it's great to be a part of our organization. 3rd Challenge, this is our 3rd year and we are looking for a championship season, ON AND OFF THE FIELD. This being said we are looking to separate ourselves from the other organizations where your child is just a number and a donation to ride the bench behind other "Star" players. WE ARE A FAMILY, if you are looking for LACK of technique, skill, motivation, and discipline I'm sorry we are not the team for you. There are plenty, some even right up the road where you can find all that and more and for some even a cheaper price (get what you pay for). If you are looking for someone who takes the time to teach it right and with the same delicate care that you provide for your own child this is where you belong and where you need to be. I coach beyond youth football, we focus on confidence and a winning attitude before a winning season. Sure championships are great, wins are great, and bragging rights are even better. However, a lifelong memory of bonding and knowing how to play the game and to think within the game SHOULD be more of your priority. We are only as good as we see ourselves, my vision for this group of athletes have always been the same and I refuse to lose. Those of you who have been with me since the beginning can attest to that. Championships are created in practice, we cannot be anything if we don't do anything.
