The Road to Hire team had the honor of joining the LatinxEd Summit 2025, a gathering of Latinx leaders, educators, and advocates driving change across North Carolina and beyond!

Our very own Stephanie Armas-Sanchez, a proud LatinxEd Fellow, stepped onto the stage to share her story as a community advocate and inspire others with her powerful speech. Also representing R2H, Anthony Valderrama and Geraldine Ledezma Garcia took part in impactful conference sessions that highlighted culture, leadership, and collective growth.

During the event, the team connected with leaders across the community, including Yahel Flores, LatinxEd Director of Community Impact, whose leadership continues to uplift Latinx voices across the state. They also saw familiar faces throughout the summit, making the experience even more meaningful 🤝
