This week, our Second U family stepped into the heat together at Spiritlab — practicing hot yoga alongside formerly incarcerated individuals committed to growth, accountability, and transformation.
Inside that room, labels disappeared.
There were no past charges.
No statistics.
No stigma.
Just breath. Just movement. Just people choosing a new path.
At A Second U, we believe wellness is justice. Access to healing spaces shouldn’t be a privilege — it should be part of the comeback story.
