Charlotte S**g Club is saddened by this news. We send our deepest condolences to Billy Waldrep's family, friends, and to the s**g community.

With heavy hearts, we share the sad news that our beloved DJ legend, Billy Waldrep, has passed away.
Billy was pure energy and joy—one of those rare people who could light up a room the moment he stepped behind the decks. He lived for the music and the dance floor. A true lover of s**g music and the s**g itself, he had an unmatched gift for reading a crowd and getting everyone on their feet. Night after night he spun nothing but the best beach music and rhythm & blues, filling rooms with classic grooves, great vibes, and the kind of pure fun that stays with you long after the last song fades.
Billy will be deeply and truly missed by everyone who ever danced to his sets, laughed with him, or simply felt the music through him.
Please keep Kaye and the entire family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Service arrangements will be announced as soon as they are available.
Rest in peace, Billy. Thank you for the music, the energy, and all the unforgettable nights on the dance floor. 🙏🏼
