Charlotte Playground Rejuvenation We are a group of women that are trying to raise funds to add playground equipment to our park

We are a rural community looking to improve our park for the children and families of our town. Being that we are in a rural area there are limited things for children to do. So having an area where the children can play on recreational equipment that can improve physical fitness, cognitive health and help with their emotional well being would be a great asset to our community. We can also add edu

cational elements to our playground that can teach them about nature and add creative Elements to there life.

The City of Charlotte is looking for pie donations to sell at Ragbri. Donated pies can be dropped off at the fire station. Proceeds from these pies will be going towards redoing the Veteran's memorial.

In the last year the city park areas have lost 3 mature trees. If anyone is interested in donating a non fruit bearing tree please contact city hall. This can be donated in memory of a loved one, a family tree or just a tree donation. Please contact city hall and leave a message and someone will get back to you. 563-677-2710
