Charlotte Pride is the leader in LGBTQ visibility in Charlotte and the Carolinas. We present and collaborate on programs, projects, and activities, including the annual Charlotte Pride Festival and Parade, Charlotte Latinx Pride, Charlotte Trans Pride, Charlotte Women's Pride, Charlotte Pride Interfaith Programs, and Reel Out Charlotte, The Queen City's Annual LGBTQ Film Festival, among others. nce its founding in 2000, Charlotte Pride has expanded its year-round programming and partnerships to better connect community members with its mission, vision, and values. It is now one of the largest LGBTQ Pride organizations in the American Southeast.

CONGRATULATIONS to all of our Charlotte Pride Scholarship winners for the 2026-2027 school year! After a competitive selection process, 12 scholarship winners have been chosen!

This program is made possible through support from the Foundation. The Charlotte Pride Scholarship & Internship Program, generously supported by the Principal® Foundation, aims to improve economic mobility for LGBTQ and ally college students from the Charlotte metro area by funding college scholarships and a summer internship opportunity.

We are so excited to announce our amazing scholarship winners! Congratulations to:

🎓 $10,000 Champion of Pride Scholarship winner, Rafael File
🎓 $5,000 Legacy Scholarship winner, Miles Denny-Martinez
🎓 $2,500 Empowerment Scholarship winners, Lysander Stolze & Jordan Emerson
🎓 $2,500 Valdez Visibility Scholarship winner, who has requested to remain Anonymous
🎓 $1,250 Leadership Scholarship winners, Nalini Butterworth & one recipient who prefers to remain anonymous
