NCANG Alumni Association NCANG Alumni Who is an NCANG Alumni? An Alumni is a former, or current employee of the NCANG and their families. What is the NCANG Alumni Association?

Whether you work at the NCANG as a full-time technician, AGR, traditional member, DoD civilian, NC state employee, or you are a family member of any of these employees, you are an NCANG Alumni. It is a private organization permitted to operate on this base with the purpose of serving as a resource for the NCANG. One of our first objectives is to help the wing establish a heritage program. There ar

e literally thousands of photos and slides throughout the history of the NCANG that can be sorted and organized to better preserve our history. Another objective is to assist former and current members to meet one another at informal events. We can tell old ‘war’ stories and share our great times of the past and current missions. This is a private organization. It is not part of the Department of Defense or any of its components and it has no government status.

We are utilizing an RSVP link this year for the retiree breakfast to better track attendance and plan for food. I would kindly request if you are able to distro through the Alumni Association. We are communicating through Chief Henderson as well. A flier is attached as well as the link below.

I would like to thank thoses who came out for our grand opening at the Sullenberg Aviation Museum. It was awesome to see adults/kids interacting with our storyboards. They were asking a lot of questions for me I continue to learn about our history. What honor it has been, thank you to all the volunteers with our Heritage program we wouldn’t not have been able to accomplish this without your hard work. We continue to need volunteers.

A big thank you to LTC David Thrams’s for keeping us on track for the last 15 years your dedication is truly appreciated.
