We strive to do this by providing free basic hair care services to underprivileged families in the Charlotte area. We serve a variety of needs from all walks of life. We were founded with a desire to empower and pamper those less fortunate than us. We believe that it is our privilege to serve those around us who are recovering from drug abuse, alcohol addiction, homelessness, unfortunate circumsta
nces of life, or people rescued from human trafficking. We call them our neighbors as that is exactly what they are. The ultimate goal is to honor each person, renew their feeling of self-worth and inspire their confidence. As an organization that desires to help rebuild people, we understand the importance of feeling renewed and changed. That is process that starts on the inside. Something as simple as a new haircut or style can boost anyone’s self esteem. That is our hope with each neighbor. We want to refresh their outer appearance to match the change in their lives. Our desire is to radically alter their self-perception by enhancing their physical appearance and investing in their soul. They ARE worthy to be loved and we will show them that.
