Proud to Be An Optimist Carolina Cardinals Optimist Club was organized to promote our youth.

We are part of Optimist International and believe that there is good in all of our young people; they just need direction. We will be promoting non-traditional sports to include golf, bowling, volleyball and tennis. This will enable us to identify students who excel and show potential to obtain scholarships in these sports. The Club also promotes essay and oratorical contests where youth are eligible to win scholarships of up to $2,500.00. Check us out and then come join us.
