FYI, Kuykendall Road is blocked between Nancy Creek and the Greek Church this morning while crews work on power lines. You can leave the neighborhood to go towards Providence via Lancelot, or to go towards McKee via Nancy Creek.

Traffic Advisory:
Please be advised that Saturday, May 13th our annual Providence Plantation Pineapple Dash 5K will be taking place.
There will be heavy pedestrian traffic around the PPRSC clubhouse and along the race route from 8am – 10:00am.
Please drive slowly and with caution and adjust travel time to allow for delays.There will be police present to assist with safety along the route and manage traffic as necessary.

CRIME ALERT: There was a hit and run this morning around 10am on Beaucatcher. An unknown small white car (Civic, Jetta, etc) hit a man and dog before speeding off.

If you have any information about the driver in this hit and run, please contact the police.

The man and dog have been reported to be OK, but shaken up.
