🎉 Our Marketplace is Officially Full! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that merchant applications for the 2027 Magical Realm Fantasy Faire are now CLOSED!

Our marketplace has reached capacity, and we are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming interest from artisans, creators, and merchants who will be joining us June 5–6, 2027, at the Eaton County Fairgrounds in Charlotte, Michigan.

At this time, we are not accepting additional merchant applications and do not maintain a waiting list.

To everyone who applied, thank you! We can’t wait to showcase the incredible variety of vendors who will help bring the realm to life next June. Stay tuned as we begin introducing many of the amazing merchants you’ll encounter at the 2027 Magical Realm Fantasy Faire! 🏰✨

🛍️ Calling All Merchants! 🛍️

Applications are now open for the 2027 Magical Realm Fantasy Faire, and merchant spaces are filling fast!

Join us June 5–6, 2027, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Eaton County Fairgrounds, 1025 Cochran Ave., Charlotte, MI, for the first full weekend of June as we bring the realm to life once again.

Merchant Space Pricing:
✨ Regular (10’×10’ outdoor or 5’×10’ indoor): $65.00
🍗 Food Vendors and Large booths (Double 10’×20’): $125.00
(Early bird pricing valid until August 1, 2026)

Once your application has been submitted, please email photos of your booth to [email protected] for review by our Merchant Committee. Please do not pay until you have been accepted by our committee.

Did you accidentally leave your emotional support water bottle at Magical Realm? 😱💧

Several lonely water bottles have been turned in to Lost & Found and are patiently awaiting reunion with their humans. Some are even covered in stickers and seem to have very strong personalities.
