NYC… y’all did NOT come to play 🔥🎳
Knead to Connect Bowling Night was LIT 🖤
Real connections. Real laughs. Real community.
This is what it’s all about.

Bowling for Los Angeles was everything 🎳💚
Same day. Same city. Different therapists…
but the energy felt like we’ve known each other forever.
This is why Knead to Connect exists:
✔️ real conversations
✔️ genuine connections
✔️ community that goes beyond the treatment room
LA showed up… and I’m grateful 💚
If you missed this one, don’t worry—we’re just getting started.

Bowling for Boston 🎳💚

Sometimes it’s not just about the classroom… it’s about connection.
Pulling up, having fun, building relationships, and being in spaces where we can laugh, network, and grow together.
This is what community looks like.
This is what we’re building. 💚

Thank you Christine A Rose for being the mentor for this Boston group!🙏🏾
