Photos from the Mecklenburg County Opioid Crisis Awareness event yesterday. BreatheINK poets Vanessa, Devaughn, and Li performed a powerful poem about the impact of opioids in schools and their lives. They were also able to speak with Mecklenburg County Commissioner and other community leaders. Thank you for inviting the voices of youth poets into such an important space.
