In this session Rashida challenges leaders to disrupt outdated leadership norms and embody a presence that commands respect, builds trust, and creates lasting impact, with wisdom and strategy without shrinking themselves or others. She highlights personal lived experiences along with some professional rules of engagement that further confirms the high-level impact of non-threatening professional navigation.

Our Speaker, Rashida Selise Wilson is a leadership strategist, experiential learning executive, and workforce development professional known for equipping women leaders to lead with authority, clarity, and emotional intelligence, without intimidation. With over three decades in corporate with experience across higher education, workforce initiatives, and leadership development, she operates as a strategic disruptor who helps organizations and individuals rethink how influence, presence, and power show up in the workplace.

She is the Founder and CEO of NeHERmiah Leadership Institute (NLI) LLC, an organization designed to position women in leadership and management for advancement and impact. She’s also the SME and mentor of She’s Up Next, an intimate leadership development and coaching cohort for women navigating growth, visibility, and purpose-driven leadership, and the convener of Marketplace Mondays, a professional development platform focused on executive presence, emotional intelligence, and navigating complex workplace environments.

One of our RESET participants now has the opportunity to speak before the South Carolina Pardon Board and advocate for the restoration of her rights, her mobility, and her future as a fully contributing member of society. This is what transformation in action looks like.

Join us , January 8, 2026 for the Resilience Redefined: Thriving Through Setbacks and Transition Session.

Our speaker is Coach Charlisa Herriott, affectionately known as Coach C, is a cancer survivorship coach who empowers women to examine their thought patterns and navigate life’s darkest seasons toward healing, harmony, and renewed purpose. A multiple time thymoma survivor, a rare cancer of the thymus gland, Charlisa transformed her personal journey into a mission of hope and resilience.

With nearly 20 years of lived experience navigating cancer, Charlisa recognized that her story could serve as a catalyst for another woman’s healing. This realization led her to found Crushing Chemo Chic in 2018, a platform dedicated to helping women rise beyond diagnosis, disruption, and despair.

Through coaching, teaching, and storytelling, Charlisa equips women to learn from adversity, evolve through challenge, and emerge stronger, wiser, and more purpose-driven.
