Our 21st Annual Scholarship Auction begins TOMORROW at 9 a.m.!

You aren't going to believe the incredible items in this event -- live concerts and theater events, jewelry, dining and activities, camps and SO MUCH MORE.

Our auction is the only way we fund our scholarships which are awarded to members and their families in the areas of education, medical, business and recreation.

Bidding closes this Sunday at 9 p.m. (go ahead and see if you can win something to make your Mother's Day extra special!) and ANYONE can bid on these items as long as they can snag their prize from one of our area pickup locations. No CMOMS membership needed.

Our 21st annual Scholarship Auction is right around the corner and we are seeking items, goods and services we can post in our online auction!

If you are a local business owner or manager we would be so thrilled if you'd consider donating to our cause. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit and our scholarships are awarded to eligible CMOMS members and their families in the areas of medical, educational, business and recreation.

Thank you THANK YOU to all the members who donated to our annual Holiday NICU Gift Bags. This is a tough time of year to have babies in the NICU (neonatal Intensive care unit) and we hope these gifts will bring a smiles to the faces of the families there this holiday season.

We were able to give 20 families who have multiples at five area and NICUs a gift bag that includes Door Dash and Starbucks gift cards, some pampering items like hand cream and books.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to give these sweet families a little something to make their season bright. So many of our members began their multiples journey in the NICU and we are grateful for the opportunity to help make that start a little smoother.

We love that Santa isn’t afraid to hang with our multitudes of multiples!

Thanks to all our volunteers who made our annual Photos With Santa event a smashing success. We love providing space where families of multiples don’t have to worry about trying to calm the chaos while they visit with Santa. We’ve all been there!

We wish you all the happiest of holiday seasons and can’t wait for what’s in store in 2026!

Holiday Families lists are here!

Our two holiday families have finished creating their holiday wish lists and now we get to shop 'til we drop! These families are CMOMS members on member assistance who applied and were selected by the board. Now we get to play Santa by providing gifts for their families. These gifts will ship directly to our VP of Membership and she will get them to the families. This literally could not be easier for us to participate!

I want to share the statement one mom submitted so everyone can understand what this program means to these families:

"These past 18 months have been the most difficult of our lives. My husband has been dealing with uncontrollable mental health issues that made it dangerous for my kids and I to stay home. We have basically been homeless for the past year and half…. from hotels, to Airbnbs, to relying on the generosity of family and friends to help provide food and shelter it’s been a challenge. Through it all, my kids have been so resilient and understanding. Life for them has been so hard, but they never complain. It would be so amazing to be able to see them get a few gifts for Christmas."

CMOMS was proud to once again sponsor Atrium Health Levine Children's Kangaroo-a-thon for babies! The event promotes the importance of skin to skin contact -- especially for preemie infants! 50 babies received a total of 74,980 minutes of skin to skin during the event! Organizers were grateful for CMOMS support and say this was their best year ever!

Our VP of Community Outreach has been busy this week delivering our new CMOMS brochures and nearly $700 in gift cards to support families with multiples in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) at and in Charlotte.

Helping families from day one on their multiples journey is SO important to the mission of CMOMS and we are so proud to be able to show up for them.
