🏒 Welcome to the Southeast Sled Hockey League (SESHL)!🏒
We’re excited to officially introduce ourselves to the Facebook world!
Founded in 2016 at the Carolina Cup, the Southeast Sled Hockey League was created to expand opportunities for adaptive hockey players across the southeastern United States. What started as a vision to bring teams together has grown into a competitive and inclusive league that continues to build momentum each season.
SESHL is currently for athletes competing at the Tier 5 and Tier 6 levels, providing a place where players can develop their skills, compete, and most importantly—be part of something bigger than the game.
Our league is about more than just hockey. It’s about:
