The biggest hoax in the history of Jamaica is something called "INDEPENDENCE"... a truly independent nation does not put its people secondary to profits, a truly independent nation does not divest its resources, a truly independent nation is not addicted to unpayable foreign loans and we must face these uncomfortable truths that Jamaica is a country for sale because we are addicted to divestment, IMF loans, huge debts we cannot repay, importation of foods we can grow better than anyone else.We are not here to serve any system, systems are here to serve us.

NOT everything requires money, Jamaicans can be self sustained in many ways. we can grow the food we import and we can do it better....I advocate community networking as a method of escaping from dependence to true independence and lead our leaders...if every community grow food and have a weekend trade n swap we would save a great deal on grocery bills. Some might say it's 'bata' system and its old but in Jamaica we say 'OLD TIME SOMETHING COME BACK AGAIN' and this is good when the new system has proven not good. remember this..WE ARE NOT HERE TO SERVE ANY SYSTEM..SYSTEMS ARE HERE TO SERVE US...

I currently live in a South Carolina town where this exist.....once you plant your own food you own your grocery bill, once you plant back scraps from your kitchen you are contributing back to the ecology and will benefit from harvesting...once you turn your side walk into a garden you don't need a lawn mower or need to pay for landscaping...and once harvest it will be so much for you that you can install signs like these outside your home...now picture every community doing this....
