There is absolutely nothing to be scared of when considering if you should fight for custody. It should never be a doubt if you are worthy it takes two to make a child and it takes two parents to raise the child as well. 50/50 should be mandatory and if you are be prevented from seeing your child then file for full custody.

Just a reminder you have to realize child custody and child support are two different cases with two different judges. Most importantly you SHOULD want more time with your child. Weekends only are never sufficient. FUI
