Justice Ministries, Inc.

Justice Ministries, Inc. The primary focus for Justice Ministries is the rescue and restoration of victims of human trafficking.

Justice Ministries is a non-profit organization committed to combating human trafficking with a primary focus on the rescue and restoration of victims of human trafficking. Modern day slavery, the trafficking of persons, is the fastest growing crime industry today. Occurring currently worldwide with an estimated 27 million victims being trafficked in the slave trade, there is an estimated 1 millio

n victims in the USA. The Buffalo is a symbol that is utilized frequently within Justice Ministries. This is due to the fact that buffalo show unyielding compassion for the women, children along with the weak and sick within their herd. When predators approach, buffalo have multiple defense strategies that they enact to protect the ones that cannot protect themselves. Additionally, the buffalo is a North American animal that has faced oppression while maintaining their personal strength and resilience. Presently, Justice Ministries is raising awareness about the issue of human trafficking and aligning partnerships with law enforcement agencies to increase efforts to locate and rescue victims. Along with recuse efforts, Justice Ministries is in the process of preparing housing options for victims that are rescued; being that bed space for victims is very minimal in the USA and there is a great need for more. Justice Ministries is additionally working on forming relationships with churches along the corridor from DC to Atlanta. These relationships are being formed to be a future working relationship as all three parties partner together to fight this injustice.

A few words about gratitude and an update from

10/13/2025

Things we are celebrating 🎉

•We have 2 new safe homes we are leasing and looking to start renovations on soon!

•Currently have served 43 survivors (not including calls received and referrals given)

•We have brought on 7 new volunteers

•We are close to securing land for our Tiny Home/ RV project

••••

Because we have seen an increase in survivors served (almost $23k more spent on direct services since this time last year), we are looking to increase our recurring giving to 5-7k more a month to support critical costs like staffing needs.

If the work we do has stirred something in you, would you consider either joining the HERD 🦬, or increasing your monthly gift?

Thank you to Nursing Program for hosting and putting on our .

We created this fundraising campaign/challenge to both raise awareness about human trafficking, and to help people see what victims of trafficking may encounter when trying to escape their trafficker. The goal is to walk ~0.5 miles, and along the way you are given a challenge card describing a real scenario we’ve seen happen to victims escaping.

We get asked a lot “why don’t they just leave”. It’s not that simple. Even if they can leave, they are in hot pursuit. It’s an uphill battle. And the is looking to bring some awareness to this.

If you would like to do this challenge with your friends, church, co-workers, etc., we’d love to help you. DM us for more info.

Be to protect the 40 percent of victims who are s*x trafficked by a family member. These kids still go to school, hang out with their friends, and intersect our daily lives. Take the OnWatch training and learn how to protect the youth in our communities. Visit IAmOnWatch.org.

Since the beginning of the year, we have had 14 new hotline calls for help. We are grateful that we have been able to assist these new clients through emergency care and others forms of assistance. Our team is now diligently working on appropriate next steps for each survivor.

With the rise in calls, we are at about a $15,000 deficit for this month. We have graciously received a donor willing to match gifts up to $7500 until THIS Friday, 2/28. So if you feel led, you can make a donation to help towards our goal of $15,000.

2025 has been quite the year so far. We received 🔟 calls from women needing rescue and help. Thanks to your partnership, we have been able to assist them and provide housing and/or resources for them! Our team is diligently now working with them on appropriate next steps for ongoing care/ support.

We would humbly ask for your help. We are in a BIG need to not only support our current staff better who are tirelessly working to serve new and current survivors, but we really need to bring on some more help in the form of part-time case managers.

Would you consider 1) a one time gift, or 2) join our community of monthly givers (The Herd 🦬), 3) increase your current monthly gift? 🔗 justiceministries.org/give

Clearly the Lord is up to something, and we are grateful for your support! It truly is changing lives. 🙏🙏

We have had a wild past few weeks. We have had 9 new hotline calls plus our existing case load for transitional care clients. For reference we normally have 1-2 new cases per month.

Thankful for partners like Present Age Ministries, The Lantern Project, Forever Free and Pillars of Hope that have assisted with various needs for these clients and helped carry the load.

With all the activity, we have many clients currently in hotels and have more hotel bills coming than money currently available in the bank. If you would like to help with these hotel costs or be a part of the fight against trafficking, now is a great time to donate and get involved!
