It is that time of year again to pay your Olde Providence (OPCA) dues.

These dues are what keep our neighborhood entrances maintained and looking the way they should. If you enjoy pulling into a clean, well-cared-for neighborhood, this is how it gets done.

Annual dues are $60, or $50 for seniors.

Please take a few minutes to submit your 2026 dues.

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to share a quick and friendly reminder about Olde Providence dues.

It takes about $14,000 each year to care for our neighborhood entrances. So far, 226 of the 684 families in Olde Providence have paid. We are currently about $1,300 short of the budget needed for next year.

If you have already paid, thank you. Your support truly helps keep our neighborhood looking welcoming and well cared for. If you have not yet had a chance, we hope you will consider doing so before the end of the year. When more neighbors participate, the responsibility is shared, and the impact is clear.

Our entrances are one of the first things people see when they come into Olde Providence, and they reflect pride in our community. With a little help from those who have not paid yet, we can start the new year on solid footing.

Did you know it takes $14,000 every year to maintain Olde Providence’s entrances?

So far, only 204 of the 684 families who call OP home have paid their 2025 dues. If you’re one of them, thank you! If not, there’s still time to help. The board is only $2,000 short of making this year’s budget, and every bit counts.

Your dues make a visible difference—those flowers, clean signage, and well-kept entrances don’t happen on their own. Let’s all do our part to keep OP looking like the neighborhood we’re proud to call home.
