Hearts and Hands Food Pantry Greater Charlotte Metro's independent food pantry serving with food, personal care and more.

The “Hearts and Hands Foundation, Incorporated” operates the food pantry to include both perishable and non-perishable healthy and organic food items. People who qualify for food assistance can fill their bags from our shelves, refrigerators and freezers Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also provide a section in our facility to offer personal care items for men, women, and children for people to select.

Additionally, we have a clothing closet for people to select the clothing they need as well as small quality of life items such as alarm clocks, books, pet food, etc.

We are honored to share that Hearts and Hands Food Pantry will be participating in the pitch competition on Friday, July 10, at the Ritz-Carlton! 📣✨

Food insecurity is a reality for so many families right here in Charlotte, but we believe that together, we can change that. This competition is such an incredible opportunity for us to share our vision, amplify our mission, and take a massive step toward making sure no one in our community goes hungry.

We are pouring our hearts into this pitch because we know that a stronger, well-fed Charlotte starts with hands willing to help. We would love for you to cheer us on, spread the word, and stand with us as we continue the work to eliminate food insecurity for good!

It means that no matter a person's income, background, or neighborhood, they deserve access to nutritious food. It means food is a prerequisite for life, learning, and health...Not a reward to be earned.
