Hearts and Hands Food Pantry Greater Charlotte Metro's independent food pantry serving with food, personal care and more.

The “Hearts and Hands Foundation, Incorporated” operates the food pantry to include both perishable and non-perishable healthy and organic food items. People who qualify for food assistance can fill their bags from our shelves, refrigerators and freezers Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also provide a section in our facility to offer personal care items for men, women, and children for people to select. Additionally, we have a clothing closet for people to select the clothing they need as well as small quality of life items such as alarm clocks, books, pet food, etc.

At Hearts and Hands Food Pantry, our goal isn't to keep our community dependent—it's to walk alongside them until they can stand on their own again. This amazing mom came to us during a hard time for food and support. But we're about more than just handing out groceries; we're about building relationships. After a few visits, she shared this incredible news: she's heading back to work! We are so proud of her journey. And if she ever needs us again, our doors and arms will always be wide open. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support from DRB Homes Charlotte .They rolled in with so much kindness and generosity, filling our space with exactly what we needed to keep serving our neighbors. When families face food insecurity, basic dignity often takes a backseat.

Right now, our food pantry is completely out of everyday essentials—from shampoo, deodorant, and laundry detergent to coffee, sugar, and kids' school snacks. You can help us restock our shelves today in two ways:

1️⃣ Drop off physical donations at our pantry.
2️⃣ Join our $10 for $10,000 Challenge! If 1,000 people give just $10, we hit our goal and completely restock.

You heard it here first! Thank you, Shara, for spreading the word about some of the staple food items we have currently run out of. Items such as canned veggies, canned baked beans, canned chili beans, canned vienna sausages, chicken broth, canned salmon, and canned sardines are some of our most commonly requested items.

If you're looking to donate, you can click the link in our bio and donate through our Amazon Wish List, stop by our facility and drop-off in our donation bin out front, or schedule to stop by on Tuesdays and Thursdays and our staff members can receive your donation directly from you. ❤️
