Fresh Look at School Food A collaborative approach to changing the culture of school food

A coalition of local organizations led by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council and the Mecklenburg County Health Department are inviting the community to come together to discuss ways to help Charlotte students choose tasty and healthy meals at school. This initiative, “A Fresh Look at School Food,” will launch on September 26, 2015 with a free event at Johnson & Wales University that wil

l include a documentary film screening, a panel discussion with local partners, and an interactive cooking demonstration.
