Eric C. Halili III is a creative entrepreneur, dot connector, and problem solver behind MAYA VP Studios and Rebrand. By blending the art of filmmaking with cutting-edge virtual production, Eric has built a career around bringing ambitious ideas to life and helping others do the same.

Lauren Bickerstaff (Lauren Bickerstaff ) is a writer, director, and creative leader whose career spans major brands, agencies, and production companies. Known for her collaborative spirit and passion for storytelling, Lauren brings a unique perspective on creativity, leadership, and building meaningful work and relationships.

Rachel Cobb is the founder of Root + Rigor (rootandrigor ) and a strategic growth leader with more than 20 years of experience helping global brands navigate complexity and drive results. She specializes in uncovering the human insights that fuel business growth and meaningful change.

From creative storytelling to strategic leadership, Lauren and Rachel bring valuable perspectives on navigating careers, fostering collaboration, and creating impact.

Meet ! 👋

Amanda is part of our Awards Committee Gala team and is currently in her second year as a board member, with three years of involvement in AAF overall! She first got involved through the Mentorship Program in 2021, and we’re so glad she stuck around. ✨

By day, she’s a Product Marketing Manager at AvidXchange. A Charlotte-area native (Huntersville!), Amanda and her husband welcomed their first kiddo last year, so most of her free time is spent with him these days. Once he’s asleep, you’ll usually find her embroidering, reading, baking, or catching up on Survivor. 🧵📚🍪
