We're excited to spotlight two of the leaders joining us for our REFUEL panel.

Dae-Lee (Bridge Builder) is a GRAMMY-nominated producer, Telly Award-winning creative, Certified Leadership Coach, and founder of Bridge Builder Leadership™. He uses the power of art, leadership, and connection to bring people together and help individuals and organizations thrive.

Matt Olin is the Executive Director of Charlotte Is Creative and longtime host of CreativeMornings/Charlotte. A champion for Charlotte's arts community, Matt has spent his career creating opportunities for artists, entrepreneurs, and storytellers across the region.

From arts and leadership to community-building and advocacy, these panelists are helping shape Charlotte's future.

Meet ! 👋

Amanda is part of our Awards Committee Gala team and is currently in her second year as a board member, with three years of involvement in AAF overall! She first got involved through the Mentorship Program in 2021, and we’re so glad she stuck around. ✨

By day, she’s a Product Marketing Manager at AvidXchange. A Charlotte-area native (Huntersville!), Amanda and her husband welcomed their first kiddo last year, so most of her free time is spent with him these days. Once he’s asleep, you’ll usually find her embroidering, reading, baking, or catching up on Survivor. 🧵📚🍪
