What a day! Thank you to everyone who came out to YoPros for Hope.

This group therapy room is one of the spaces where clients gather each day to build skills, gain insight, and support one another in recovery.

Depending on the day, our groups may focus on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, anxiety management, trauma recovery, healthy relationships, self-awareness, relapse prevention, and more.

Olive, our Pet Therapy pup, is often present 🐾

Come take a tour of the HopeWay garden located on our adult campus!

Our garden is used for Horticultural Therapy. The main educational goal of this integrative therapy is to offer clients knowledge that will allow them to transfer skills from HopeWay to home, such as stress reduction, increased mindfulness, improved self-care and social skills.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. For many men, struggling with mental health can feel isolating.

Josh felt that way too.

"I came in thinking I was alone, and I was the only one having these emotions. Group therapy taught me that I'm not alone, and there are a lot of people who really, really care about me."
