Charlotte Crocheters We meet:
Every Tuesday 4pm-8ish pm at Ted’s Restaurant on 8625 Monroe Rd. Charlotte. Just a bunch of yarn crazy people spending quality time together.

Also, every 1st Saturday 11am-2pm at Empire Pizza 7024 Brighton Park Dr. Mint Hill and every 3rd Saturday at Showmars in Mint Hill. Charlotte Crocheters is a non-profit organization committed to sharing the art of crochet in the East Charlotte & Matthews, NC area. This will be done with meetings, field trips, and anything else to do with Crocheting.

Another way to start your new row...

I'll often times do this if I have to crochet a lot of chains. It is very much easier to count sc and dc stitches and just undo the extras. I usually do 3 to 5 extra stitches to cover my ineptitude to count accurately above 50.
Also, if I am short on a few chains, I'll just add what I need using either the foundation sc or dc stitches.
