Back to Bells is a one-day workshop designed for ringers, directors, and developing choirs who want to refresh their skills before the fall season begins. Led by Brian Childers and clinicians from Charlotte Bronze, you’ll spend the day learning practical techniques, building confidence, and connecting with other musicians.

Charlotte Bronze Handbell Ensemble is looking for skilled ringers to join us for our Winter 2026 concert season. We perform advanced-level handbell music and are excited to welcome musicians who enjoy a challenge, value ensemble playing, and want to create something memorable together.

Come join Charlotte Bronze for our Back to Bells festival on August 28th and 29th! It’s a great time for you and your choir to hone your skills. You will work with instructors on your treble ringing, your bass slinging, or your music reading. There’s classes for everyone!

Charlotte Bronze is extremely excited to perform with the Carol Ringers and Celebration Ringers of St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church in Annandale, VA. They are going to be making their way through Western North Carolina in Union Grove, NC and Hickory, NC. For their last concert, they will meet Charlotte Bronze in Hendersonville, NC for a combined concert! It should be a sight to behold with over 40 ringers on performing onstage together! Mark your calendars! You will not want to miss this extremely talented group of young men and women!

🎉 CHARLOTTE BRONZE IS COMING TO THE ASHEVILLE AREA! 🎉

Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee friends, we are pleased to announce that Charlotte Bronze will be performing 2 concerts in and around Asheville in June! We are super excited to perform for new audiences and for our friends who might not always be able to make it down the mountain to see us in the big city!

You will have 2 opportunities to see us in concert!

Friday evening will be in Downtown Asheville at the gorgeous First Presbyterian Church. It’s an amazing place to perform and we are thrilled they are hosting us!
Saturday afternoon at Grace Lutheran Church will be a partnership concert with The Carol Ringers and The Celebration Ringers of St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church of Annandale, VA. We are excited to ring with these extremely talented young men and women! It should be an amazing concert with 40+ ringers on stage at once!

You’re not going to want to miss these concerts! So mark your calendars and we will see you there!

Last week, Charlotte Bronze had a wonderful time presenting our Spring 2026 concert series, “Hymns of Grateful Praise”. We cannot thank all the audiences who came out and joined us! And even if you couldn’t make it, we thank you for continued support!

We also want to give big huge thank you and congratulations to our handbell partner, Northwest School of the Arts. They performed at one of our concerts and our jaws were on the ground. They are an extremely talented group of young people who put their passion for music into their handbell ringing. Bravo!

And finally, a massive thank you to the churches who invited us to perform for them!

Only two more days till we kick off our Spring 2026 Concert Series! We are so excited to share with you what we have been working on! Feel free to take a sneak peek at the concert order and see if some of your favorite hymns are there! See you at one of our concerts!

We hope you are getting as excited as we are! We are less than a week away from our first concert of our Spring 2026 Concert Series “Hymns of Grateful Praise”! We will kick things off at Morning Star Lutheran Church in Matthews, NC!

We are also excited to announce we have partnered with Northwest School of the Arts and their handbell program lead by Aaron Lafreniere. They came to our rehearsal and we had the privilege of them ringing for us as well as with us. They are truly a remarkable group of young men and women.

As part of the partnership with NWSA, we have asked them to come be apart of our concert this coming Monday at Morning Star Lutheran Church. They will ring a piece with Charlotte Bronze as well as THEIR OWN SOLO PIECE! We are thrilled that we have to opportunity to perform on the same stage as these extremely talented students!

You do not want to miss this concert with NWSA! Be there Monday, May 4th, at 6:30pm.
