Social Acceptance YDC Helping teens and adults with disabilities gain social acceptance and confidence in who they are inside and out.

Our facility will include a dance room for youth dances, plays, and concerts; a gym; library; computer room; lounge area; mini movie theater; arcade room; classrooms for tutoring; a snack area and much more. There are several clubs your child can join to include: Art club, Music club, Drama club, Book club, Sports club, and Chess club, to accommodate whatever your child is interested in. We have f

amily support meetings to include parent conferences, where parents will gain knowledgeable information that can be used in achieving social acceptance success for their child. Our guidance counselors will help in assisting students and parents in preparing their children for college or whatever adventures they may pursue in their adult life.

Did you know that some siblings of ASD family members are suffering in their own way? This doesn't have to be the case for your children; luckily, there is hope; join the "ASD Sibling Support Group." Its sole purpose is to help siblings of family members on the spectrum cope, connect, and understand their ASD family members. In hopes of finding ways to bring the family together, as well as connect with other siblings going through the same shared experiences. Register at www.saydc.org by March 31st, 2023.
Sessions start April 4th and 7th, 2023 .
