Yesterday, Carolinas AGC Young Leaders had the opportunity to tour the
Luck Stone Quarry and Palmetto Corp. Asphalt Plant in Ridgeway, SC, for a behind-the-scenes look at how the materials that support our roads and infrastructure move from extraction to finished product.

Attendees gained firsthand insight into quarry operations, crushing, asphalt production, quality control, and safety practices while learning from industry professionals who shared their expertise and experience.

Events like these provide more than technical knowledge. They help emerging professionals broaden their understanding of the industry, build relationships with peers, and develop the skills and perspectives needed to become the next generation of construction leaders.
