The Grange will be hosting a Hybrid Town Meeting Open Forum next TUESDAY (please note that the incorrect date was posted to Front Porch Forum yesterday. This event will be on Tuesday June 16th).
Come listen and share your goals for a hybrid town meeting with Selectboard members JD Herlihy and Troy Krahl.
At this year’s Town Meeting, there was considerable interest in the town residents for Charlotte to find a means to have a Hybrid Town Meeting combining the traditional in-person meeting with an Australian Ballot vote. Charlotte has had a Hybrid model previously, but the provisions used to implement them has expired. The intent of this gathering is for Selectboard members JD and Troy to hear from residents in a venue and process that allows for an open civil discussion on the topic. They would like to gain insight into what residents are looking to get out of a Hybrid Town Meeting, some ideas on how this may be accomplished, and then thinking through the pitfalls and benefits of the different avenues.
This will be a hybrid event. Come in person or use the link below:

Our front entrance is under construction, limiting parking. Should our parking lot fill up, please follow the orange cones and park at the white Church just SOUTH of the Grange, by the back fence. Please do not park at the private brick building that looks like a church adjacent to the Grange.
