This past weekend, our brothers made their way to Breakaway Music Festival for one of the most anticipated weekends of the semester.

With a strong turnout from both active members and recent alumni, Breakaway continues to be a weekend that brings our brotherhood together and one our members look forward to each year.

Our Brother of the Month for August is Yuto Ishizuka!

Yuto is a Fall ’25 initiate and has continued to go above and beyond for the chapter. Through his work on Social Committee, Yuto has put in a lot of time helping plan and execute our events while always being willing to step up wherever needed.

Yuto has also been a present face at nearly all of our events and consistently shows his commitment to the chapter and his brothers.

Thank you Yuto for all of the hard work you put towards this chapter. ODH ⚔️

This summer, Brother Nico Vega had the opportunity to take part in Gear Up New York, a 9-day cycling journey covering 560 miles in support of The Ability Experience.

Throughout the trip, Nico raised $4,534, while the Gear Up New York team collectively raised over $170,000. Along the route, the team participated in 5 friendship visits with local organizations and was even featured on Channel 10 News in Albany.

The Ability Experience is Pi Kappa Phi’s philanthropic organization, working to create shared experiences and opportunities for people with disabilities. Gear Up New York is one of the cycling events that helps support that mission through fundraising, service, and friendship visits.

Nico’s dedication throughout the journey reflects our chapter’s commitment to service and making an impact beyond campus. We’re proud to have him represent Delta Lambda and Pi Kappa Phi throughout Gear Up New York. ODH 🚴‍♂️
