๐Ÿ’™ SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: Noble Tattoos & Piercings ! ๐Ÿ–ค

Weโ€™re so grateful to have the support of Noble Tattoos & Piercing, all the way from Boone, North Carolina! Their support of our Greater Charlotte Buddy Walk is especially meaningful because it all comes back to one special guy: Lincoln! ๐Ÿ’™

Not only is Noble Tattoos & Piercing a great local business in Boone, but theyโ€™re also the proud uncle of Lincoln from Love for Lincoln! ๐Ÿฅฐ Itโ€™s a beautiful reminder that our community is connected in so many special ways.

If you find yourself in Boone (a favorite destination of ours in the fall and any time of year!), be sure to stop by Noble Tattoos & Piercing if youโ€™re looking for some new ink, a piercing, or simply want to say hello!

Thank you, Noble Tattoos & Piercing, for being part of our full-circle mission to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families throughout every stage of life โ€” from infancy through adulthood โ€” through resources, workshops, and meaningful connections. Your support helps make that mission possible!

Weโ€™re so thankful to have you on our team as we walk together toward a more inclusive and supportive community!

ITโ€™S DOWN SYNDROME AWARENESS MONTH! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

Meet Zeke! Weโ€™re excited to introduce another amazing member of our DSAGC community as part of our โ€œWhat Do You Want People to Know About You?โ€ series!

During our Adult Weekend Retreat, our staff sat down with campers to hear directly from them about who they are, what they love, and what they want the world to know about them.

Because Down syndrome awareness is about more than a diagnosis. Itโ€™s about getting to know the personโ€”celebrating individual personalities, unique talents, favorite activities, big dreams, and all the little things that make each person who they are.

This Down Syndrome Awareness Month, weโ€™re making space for our members to share their stories in their own words, helping our community see beyond assumptions and celebrate the people behind the diagnosis.

Take a moment to meet Zeke, hear his story, and get to know this incredible member of our community. Spend a little time with him, and youโ€™ll discover the genuine, amazing friendship he has to offer! And stay tunedโ€”we have more wonderful stories to share.

Every person has a story worth knowing. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

โ˜€๏ธ What a beautiful Sunday we had!

Weโ€™re so grateful the weather cleared up for a fantastic family day at Outlaw Acres in Monroe! It was wonderful spending time with our amazing families and enjoying some fall fun together.

DSAGC serves 12 counties across the Greater Charlotte region, including Lancaster and York counties in South Carolina. Connecting with families in every corner of our service area is at the heart of what we do, and weโ€™re always looking for ways to expand our reach and provide more opportunities for families to connect, have fun, and feel supported.

We loved bringing our community together in Monroe and canโ€™t wait to visit again soon!

๐Ÿ“ Where should we go next? Drop your ideas in the comments! Share your favorite local spots, farms, parks, or family-friendly destinations. Weโ€™d love to plan our next family outing closer to YOU!
