PCG is a nonprofit organization created to strengthen the culinary and agricultural community by connecting the food chain and working to preserve the flavors of the Piedmont region of the Carolinas. Our membership is made up of chefs, farmers, brewers, distillers, winemakers, educators, food artisans, provisioners, and other dedicated food professionals who support our local economy by supporting

one another. We are committed to building the next generation of chefs and farmers by providing scholarships that will continue to elevate our regions fare.
