Men Who Care Global MWCG wants to provide youth with a foundation that instills a value for education, a strong work ethic, self sufficiency, and cultural pride

For greater impact, Men Who Care Global decided to concentrate on a specific geographical area. Recognizing that many of the youths we wanted to impact lived in West Charlotte, the Board of Directors voted to adopt the Beatties Ford Road corridor and West Charlotte High School as our primary target area. We are currently working with the school’s administrative staff, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools

Superintendent, Project Lift, Communities in School, the Retired NFL Players Association, Sam's Club, Coca Cola Bottling, Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte's Web, and many others to reduce West Charlotte High School’s dropout rate, raise the graduation rate and positively change the schools current culture. Men Who Care Global has formed these partnerships and is looking for more partners to address the many complex needs of our youth.
