🔥 Narcissistic abuse is spiritual warfare.

If you've ever been manipulated, gaslighted, or made to question your own reality, you know the damage goes deeper than most people realize.

This clip is from my *Pain to Power* talk, where I share how survivors can break free from emotional abuse, reclaim their identity, and begin the healing journey.

Your trauma does not define you.
Your past does not determine your future.
Your healing is where your power begins. ❤️

This week was filled with healing, connection, release, and purpose. ✨💜

Wednesday night, we gathered for an intimate yet impactful Sisters in Strength meet-up at the beautiful McGill Rose Garden. Surrounded by nature, serenity, and sisterhood, we created space to release tension, pour into one another, and let go of things that no longer serve our minds, bodies, or spirits. There is something so powerful about women coming together in a safe space to heal, reflect, laugh, cry, and simply be. The peaceful garden atmosphere made the evening feel like a true reset for the soul.

Then Thursday night, I had the honor of attending and speaking at a powerful mental health film event centered around healing, storytelling, and transformation. I connected with incredible people; organizers, creatives, advocates, and the film director and had the opportunity to share my journey of alchemizing pain into purpose.

To stand in my truth, captivate the audience with my story, and receive such heartfelt feedback reminded me why I continue to do this work. Hearing encouragement that I should pursue a TEDx stage deeply moved me because for so long, I felt unheard and unseen myself. Now, I’m able to use my voice to empower others who may feel the same.

Healing is happening.
Purpose is unfolding.
And I am grateful for every room, every conversation, and every soul connected along this journey. 💫

✨ A Room Full of Strength. A Movement Fueled by Purpose. ✨

The 4th Annual Elizabeth House Foundation Tea Party: Honoring the Survivors was nothing short of extraordinary.

What took place was more than an event… it was a sacred gathering of resilience, healing, and sisterhood.

From the moment the doors opened, the room was filled with elegance, love, and powerful energy. Women showed up not just beautifully dressed—but standing boldly in their stories.

💫 Our speakers delivered with such grace, truth, and power—every word poured into the room touched hearts, stirred emotions, and ignited something deeper within each woman present.

✨ Stories of survival…
✨ Testimonies of strength…
✨ Moments of reflection, healing, and self-love…

And one of the most special moments of the afternoon… 💗

Watching my baby girl, Aria, lead us in a beautiful belly breathing exercise.

She did an amazing job—calm, confident, and full of light. ✨
In that moment, I was reminded that she is the inspiration behind my journey into teaching kids yoga and mindfulness. To see her lead with such presence was a full-circle moment I will never forget.

And we cannot talk about the magic in the room without honoring our incredible MC, Paula Stanley Cropper—who carried the flow of the afternoon with excellence.
Her energy, presence, and ability to keep the audience engaged, uplifted, and connected made the experience not only seamless—but truly unforgettable. 👏🏽✨

There were tears. There was laughter. There was release.
And most importantly—there was transformation.

This was a reminder that no matter what we’ve faced, we are still standing. We are still rising.

To our phenomenal speakers—your voices mattered, your presence shifted the atmosphere, and your impact will ripple far beyond that room:
💖 Dr. Lexi Lain
💖 Stephanie Benemie-Davis
💖 Dr.Monique Stubbs (Keynote)

To every woman who attended—you are the heartbeat of this mission.

And to our supporters, sponsors, and community thank you for helping us continue the fight to provide access to life-saving mammograms and care for underserved women.

This is what purpose looks like.
This is what impact feels like.

💗 We are just getting started. Thank you to our AMAZING photographer Rondasia Lamaria for capturing the legacy of our event!
