If you heard shouts of glee coming from the garden this past Saturday around noon, this is why!

Our native bees are not aggressive and fascinating to watch. Give them space to go about their activities without interruption. Be careful not to disturb the B&B as the materials inside are arranged with intention and the hardware cloth protects the bees from birds.🙂

Peach tree pruning in the park with Don Boekelheide and Wes Sturgis. It’s rather severe this year (not quite Crepe Murder) but all intentional for the health of the trees and quality of the fruit. Thanks guys!!
