Insight. Strategy. Action.

Our recent session, Building Your Personal Board of Advisors, was a powerful and insightful conversation on the importance of surrounding yourself with the right strategic voices as your career grows.

Regina D. Campbell, Ph.D. provided a thoughtful framework for what a personal board truly is, why it matters, and how professionals can begin building one intentionally. She walked attendees through the key roles a strong advisory circle should include and practical tactics for identifying and cultivating those relationships.

The conversation reinforced an important truth: leadership and growth are rarely achieved alone. Strategic guidance, perspective, and accountability all play a critical role in making well-informed decisions as careers evolve.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Campbell for taking the time to share her expertise and give back to the professional community in such a meaningful way.

Thank you as well to Karin Flanagan, VP of Professional Growth & Development, for helping bring this session to life.

Attendees left with clarity, practical steps, and a renewed commitment to building the relationships that support long-term growth.

Now it’s time to take action!
